Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. You can also use Restore Purchases in PrepJet if an active purchase does not appear.
Common questions
Why is my widget locked?
Open PrepJet while connected to the internet so it can refresh your subscription status. If you still have access, use Restore Purchases from the subscription screen.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit or the plus button, search for PrepJet, and select a widget size.
How do I report a question issue?
Email us with the question text or a screenshot and explain what seems wrong. We review content reports carefully.
